The large-scale distributed renewable energy sources access distribution system has posed new challenges to the planning,operation and control of the traditional distribution system.Cluster partitioning strategy can be used to divide the nodes with close electrical distance and complementary characteristics of power and load into a cluster.On the one hand,it simplifies the planning of generation and power network and improves the local accommodation capacity of renewable energy.On the other hand,it lays a good foundation for the group tuning-group control of distributed generation.In order to improve the source and load matching level of the distribution network under the background of distributed access of renewable energy and reduce the reverse power across voltage levels,this paper develops a distributed generation cluster partition method aiming at improving the accommodation capacity of renewable energy,and studies it from the two aspects of index system construction and algorithm effectiveness.Firstly,this paper defines the power system cluster,and divides the criteria for the cluster partition of high-permeability distributed renewable energy generation into two categories: structural index and functional index.The structural index focuses on the topological relationship of the network and the electrical distance between nodes,so as to ensure the structural strength of the cluster and achieve the effect of tight electrical connection within the cluster and loose connection between the clusters.This paper adopts the module degree index based on the electrical distance to measure.Functional index emphasizes the power regulation and energy balance,pay attention to the power complementarity of nodes,including the source/load power and adjustable power such as energy storage device,and power balance within cluster,both the overall performance of the cluster,in order to improve renewable energy accommodation capacity and reduce reverse power across voltage levels,this paper adopted the renewable energy accommodation index based on the source-load-storage coordination ability.To weigh the two kinds of indicators,this paper combines the renewable energy accommodation index and the module degree index to construct the comprehensive performance index as the basis of cluster partition.Secondly,this paper systematically studies the clustering algorithm effectiveness for meeting the requirement of computing efficiency in power system engineering application.By analyzing the conventional clustering analysis algorithm and the community detection algorithm based on complex network,the clustering algorithm is further improved.The basic genetic algorithm is improved,and a new chromosome coding method based on the network adjacency matrix is designed.Considering the influence of the state change of tie switch on cluster partitioning,a heuristic cluster partitioning algorithm combining the state of tie switch with the genetic algorithm is proposed to improve the computational efficiency.Finally,to verify the effectiveness of the cluster partition method described in this paper,the actual distribution network of a county is adopted for analysis and discussion,and it is proved that the cluster according to the method in this paper has strong electrical coupling and good coordination ability of source,network,load and storage.
