Investigation And Study On Children’s Places In Hohhot Residential Areas

With the development of modern science and technology,the construction of public activity venues in urban residential areas is progressing.From the initial simple satisfaction of the establishment of shelter to today’s special attention to the construction of the outside environment of residential areas,this change reflects the growing spiritual needs of contemporary people and higher levels of physiological needs.Outdoor activities venues in residential areas include children’s activities venues,rest venues for adults and the elderly,fitness venues and so on.Children’s playground is one of the main contents of environmental construction in residential areas today.Children,as the motive force of accelerating social progress,bring hope to every family and are the future of the motherland.Children’s healthy growth can not be separated from their daily contact with the surrounding environment.Children shape their bm2havior,thoughts and personality through what they hear,watch,and feel in their daily activities.Children enrich their lives by playing and learning indoors and outdoors,anytime and anywhere.Children can not only receive knowledge from books in school,but also take a large proportion of activities in after-school and residential areas.Therefore,different quality of activity space has different effects on children’s growth,and the surrounding environment is reasonable or not,the value of utilization can play a corresponding role for the healthy growth of children.Taking Qiaohua Century Village of Juhua yuan,Zhonghaijinxiu City and Xingtaiyudu in Saihan District of Hohhot City as the key research objects.By referring to the relevant literature at home and abroad,this paper investigates and analyses the setting,scale,content,facilities and the relationship with the surrounding environment of children’s playground in residential area.It is found that the advantages of the large scale and new facilities in children’s playground have been set up,and the problems of unreasonable location and incomplete facilities of the children’s playground,and put forward solutions.The purpose is to provide help for the reasonable layout of children’s activity venues in residential construction,create a comfortable and safe activity venue for children to play,so that children can experience the environment in such a superior atmosphere and grow better.
