Risk Management Of A Cinema Renovation Project

During the whole construction period of a project,there are many uncertain factors affecting the safety,progress,cost and quality of the project.In order to avoid the political and economic losses caused by these uncertainties,developers,contractors,local governments and other units and departments should pay full attention to the project risk management.This paper takes A company cinema renovation project as the research object,discusses the project risk factors and the possibility of risk occurrence in the construction process,and puts forward some suggestions.Based on the in-depth study of the relevant theory of project risk management,this paper conducts a field survey of 132 existing layout cinemas.Combining with the actual situation of A company cinema renovation project,this paper constructs the research framework of A company cinema renovation project risk assessment,determines the risk identification method and risk evaluation index in A company cinema renovation project,determines the risk weight of A company cinema renovation project,and establishes the risk evaluation model of A company cinema renovation project.This paper analyzes the existing problems of A company cinema renovation project,and finally summarizes the risk response measures of A company cinema renovation project.This paper studies the risk management of A company cinema renovation project.Firstly,the risk of A company cinema renovation project is determined.The project management team strictly determines the project risk according to the relevant steps and methods of project risk identification.Then,according to the risk identification results of A company cinema renovation project,according to the selection principle of evaluation indicators,the project risk assessment index system is constructed by layer-by-layer segmentation method,and the fuzzy evaluation model of A company cinema renovation project risk is established.A comprehensive and effective assessment of the overall risk level in the project process is carried out,and the overall risk level of the project is obtained so that the project managers and project team members can clearly understand the risk status of the project.Finally,it puts forward the precautionary measures for the risk of cinema transformation project of A company.The research results of this paper can provide references for the builders and implementers of similar projects,and have far-reaching significance for optimizing the project management of similar projects.This paper summarizes the new features,new functions,and risk management optimization of cinema renovation projects in recent years,which can provide new ideas and concepts for the design of cinema renovation.
