Abstract/Summary:
As an emerging means of transportation,RVs are very popular abroad,but there are few frequencies in our country,especially the towed RVs.The main reason is that the internal layout of the towed RVs is unreasonable,the layout type is single,and the driving stability is poor.The superposition of these factors leads to a significant reduction in the safety and comfort of the towed RVs,which hinders the development of the towed RVs seriously.In recent years,scholars at home and abroad have focused on the division of the interior of the RV,ignoring the division method of adding and transforming the internal modules and the relationship between the layout of the internal modules and the centroid position of the RV,the internal layout of the RV is mainly analyzed from the perspective of architecture and lacking theoretical analysis.At the same time,due to the unreasonable position of the centroid position of the RV,the problem of poor driving stability of the whole vehicle has not been solved.Based on the above problems,in order to shorten the research and development cycle of the RV,save production costs,and improve the comfort and safety of the towed RV,The main work has been down as follows:First of all,modular design of the interior space of the RV.Based on the functional requirements of the towed RVs,the interior space of the RV is divided according to the modular design method.The internal module of the RV is reorganized and classified by the design structural matrix and the fuzzy clustering design method to determine the internal layout plan of the RV.Then,analysis of internal module dimensions of RV based on ergonomics.Combined with ergonomics research,the size and structure of the internal module of the RV are analyzed,including the minimum size and optimal size of the internal Home of the four modules,such as lounge,kitchen,bedroom and toilet.By introducing the 3D human body model into the interior of the RV to verify whether it is reasonable to design the size and structure of each module inside the RV.After,analyzing the influence of the centroid position of the RV on the driving stability of the whole vehicle.The stability test results of the RV are compared with the simulation results to verify the correctness of the established RV dynamics model.The influence of the centroid position of the RV on the driving stability of the towed RV is analyzed by simulating the driving attitude of different centroid position of the RV.Finally,optimization of interior space of RV based on particle swarm optimization.By analyzing the positional relationship between the home position of each module inside the RV and the centroid position of the RV,an optimization model based on the particle swarm algorithm for the position of the interior Home of the RV and the centroid position of the RV is established.In order to improve the stability of the whole vehicle,the particle swarm algorithm is combined with the MATLAB statement to calculate the optimal position of the RV’s centroid position and the best position of the interior module of the RV.The results show that the position of the RV’s internal module can be optimized to change RV’s centroid position and improve the driving stability of the towed RV.
