| With the popularization of assembly building, the application of assembly building in underground structure engineering has been promoted, and the application of assembly technology in underground integrated pipe corridor is increasinggradually. At present, the research of urban underground comprehensive pipe corridor mainly refers to the experience of tunnel pipe and culvert research and emphasizes on the economic value of pipe corridor construction, but the research on the joint where prefabricated composite pipe corridor is prone to damage is insufficient.Compared with the cast-in-place underground comprehensive pipe corridor, the prefabricated integrated pipe corridor is produced by the factory, the quality of the components is easy to control, the assembly construction shortens the construction cycle, and meets the development requirements of green,energy-saving and environmental protection of the building.Reasonable longitudinal joint design can improve pipe corridor local and overall stress performance. The main research task of this paper is based on the uneven settlement of the soil at the bottom of the pipe corridor, simulating the equivalent shear, torsion and bending conditions of comprehensive pipe gallery, the values of the butt opening angle of different longitudinal joints, the number of serial joints and the tensile force of the steel strands are as variables, researching the global and local response of tunnel. In this paper, the large-scale general finite element software ABAQUS was used as the analysis tool, established the solid model of precast comprehensive pipe corridor and surrounding soil by fine modeling. After research, the results show that, the influence of different joint opening angle on the stress of the end surface of the pipe joint is obvious when the pipe gallery is sheared. The different number of pipe joints has little effect on the mechanical properties of bending, shear and torsion. The tensile value of different steel strands has obvious influence on the shear and torsion resistance of the pipe gallery. |
