The hydraulic metal structure embedded parts are an indispensable part of the water conservancy and hydropower project and the main track for the operation of hydraulic steel gates.Due to the long-term or partial immersion in the water,the embedded parts are corroded faster due to environmental corrosion and influence.Cathodic protection technology plays a very important role in extending the service life of metal structures,but there is no precedent for application on embedded parts of hydraulic metal structures.In this experiment,the hydraulic metal structure embedded model was made to study the application of different kinds of sacrificial anodes and impressed current methods on the embedded parts,and to find a feasible long-term protection scheme for embedded hydraulic structures.The experimental results show that when the cathodic protection is carried out by sacrificial anode method,the protective distance of magnesium alloy and zinc alloy to the embedded parts of hydraulic metal structure can reach 100 cm when the conductivity is 2,000 us/cm,but the magnesium alloy protection The effect is better,the protection potential is more negative;when the electrical conductivity is below 2000us/cm,the surface passivation does not protect the embedded parts of the hydraulic metal structure;the constant voltage cathodic polarization method is used in the cathode pole.When the potential is-0.85 V and more negative,the metal structure can achieve better protection under different conductivity conditions.Artificial stone is a new material that can replace natural stone by adding natural stone.It has the characteristics of pressure resistance,wear resistance,good toughness and flexible design.It has been widely used in the construction industry,but it has not been used in the metal structure of water conservancy and hydropower engineering.By improving the formulation of epoxy resin and curing agent,rationally adding filler fly ash,quartz powder and calcium carbonate powder,optimizing the arrangement of aggregate stones,and creatively adding steel wire to resin artificial stone to maximize the compressive strength of resin artificial stone.It reaches 193.33 MPa and the tensile strength reaches 27.33 Mpa,which makes it have excellent mechanical properties.It is feasible to use resin-based artificial stone instead of metal parts in hydraulic metal structural steel embedded parts.
