Mergers and acquisitions refer to the growth behavior of enterprises to achieve their strategic objectives by absorbing other enterprises after they have developed to a certain scale.It is only the middle link of M&A that both sides communicate and complete the content of M&A agreement and pay the consideration of M&A target.The important factor that affects the result of M&A ultimately lies in the follow-up M&A integration.Financial integration plays a vital role in M&A integration.Financial integration directly reflects the operation status of enterprises and the effect of merger and acquisition integration through financial indicators,and guides the development of other integration work.Therefore,the importance of financial integration should be fully understood and emphasized for mergers and acquisitions enterprises.Academia should also deepen the study of financial integration to provide rich guidance experience for future mergers and acquisitions activities,and ultimately help more enterprises achieve the strategic objectives of mergers and acquisitions.In this paper,on the basis of in-depth study of relevant theories and research status of financial integration at home and abroad,we use the research method of combining theory with practice to analyze the case of enterprise merger in market activities.This paper chooses the case of Diou Home Furniture merger and acquisition of Oshenno as the research object.Firstly,it briefly introduces the background and motivation of Diou Home merger and acquisition.From the three financial indicators of profitability,operation ability and solvency,it analyses Diou Home Furniture’s operation status after merger and Acquisition and evaluates the operational risks faced by Diou Home Furniture Industry in view of the market environment.Enterprises as a comparative study of Diou Home mergers and acquisitions after the realization of financial synergies.After synthesizing the above analysis,combining with Diou Home’s business layout design after merger and acquisition,financial integration objectives and financial integration ideas,this paper compares and analyses the data of Diou Home’s financial statements in 2017 and 2018,and designs the specific implementation plan of financial integration,including the integration of financial management system,the optimization of financial department structure and the rational arrangement of financial personnel’s functions,asset items and financial integration ideas,integration measures for specific subjects of liabilities projects,integration of performance evaluation system.Finally,according to the effect of the implementation of the financial integration program,this paper puts forward the safeguard measures for the implementation of the financial integration program from the inside and outside of the enterprise.This paper tries to find out the problems of financial integration after mergers and acquisitions according to the current market economic situation and the historical experience of mergers and acquisitions in our country,and improve the corresponding financial integration scheme.Through financial data analysis,the effect of financial integration after mergers and acquisitions can not only provide practical guidance and reference for the household decoration industry,but also provide financial integration for other industries to ensure financial integration.It can be carried out scientifically and reasonably.
