Automobile tankers are a kind of transportation tool widely used in the industry.The medium they transport is usually toxic,flammable and explosive,so it is very important to ensure the safety of automobile tanker transportation.The emergency shut-off valve is one of the important safety accessories on the automobile tanker.If the automobile tanker has an accident during the loading and unloading process,it can quickly cut off the canned medium,thereby terminating the loading and unloading and ensuring the safe loading,unloading and transportation of the automobile tanker.Safety accessories for automotive tankers must be regularly inspected and inspected at least once a year,including emergency shut-off valves.The verification of the emergency shut-off valve is mainly to verify the strength,tightness,cut-off time and over-current performance of the emergency shut-off valve.The digital test verification of the four performance tests has always been a major problem that plagues the verification unit and the organization.Therefore,the subject will conduct research to improve the digital test verification level of these four performance tests.Firstly,the classification and function of the emergency shut-off valve are expounded.The verification requirements,contents and methods of the emergency shut-off valve are introduced.The problems of the emergency shut-off valve check are obtained through analysis.Combined with the domestic development status and the research status at home and abroad,the determination is made.The research content of the subject is mainly on the simulation analysis of overcurrent performance,the integration of digital test and verification hardware system and software system,and the integration test of calibration system to realize digital test verification.Immediately after the model is combined,the principle of the over-current performance of the emergency shut-off valve is expounded,and the fluid simulation model is established.The pressure analysis and velocity analysis are performed on the emergency shut-off valves of different materials,different pressures and different opening degrees,and the emergency is analyzed under different conditions.The relationship between the overcurrent cut-off rate of the shut-off valve and the medium,pressure and opening degree.Establish a mathematical model of the opening degree of the valve port,find out the main factors affecting the opening degree,and modify the parameter optimization adjustment.Next,the overall framework of the digital test and calibration system is built.The hardware system design mainly includes the gas-liquid two-phase circulation pipeline system,the clamping table mechanism and the console mechanism.The main work completed is the pipeline laying layout,component selection,The overall design of the clamping mechanism,the strength check and the sheet metal design of the operating platform.The software system development includes the lower computer control system based on PLC control core and the upper computer management system based on human-computer interaction and database.It uses PLC to collect,convert,transmit,process and feedback data,and uses C# to write programs to display interface information and real-time.Curve,the database adds,deletes and changes the data.Complete the architecture design of the emergency cut-off valve digital test and verification system.Finally,the calibration system is integrated with the system performance,combined with the established verification steps,the performance test verification operation is performed,and the verification of the emergency shut-off valves of different nominal sizes is observed.Through the model drawing,theoretical analysis,physical design,software development and system integration,the digital completion test and verification system of the emergency shut-off valve has been completed.The digital test and verification system improves the verification efficiency,calibration quality and calibration accuracy for emergency.The shut-off valve calibration brings digitization,automation and intelligence.
