Composite insulators are now widely used in China,and the aging of organic materials has always been a problem that cannot be ignored.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the aging law of composite insulator sheds on site.This paper first introduces an experimental method that can detect the aging state of insulators:laser induced breakdown spectroscopy,and mainly selects 110 kV voltage grade insulator samples from 21 southern Hebei area,and studies the unevenness of composite insulator shed skirts.The aging characteristics and different external force factors have different effects on the aging of composite insulators.Finally,based on the above experimental results,the aging state evaluation model of composite insulators with 110 kV voltage level is established.In this paper,the aging characteristics of composite insulators were analyzed by laser induced breakdown spectroscopy,and compared with the results of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,the feasibility of this method was verified.In the analysis of the uneven aging characteristics of insulators,it is considered that there are differences in the aging state of the upper and lower surfaces,different orientations and different positions of the sheds of the same insulator.The results show that the difference of the influence of different differences on the aging of the whole insulator is different.The influence is greater than the position difference,and the position difference influence is greater than the upper and lower surface differences.Secondly,it is considered that the operating environment,the electric field strength of the insulator surface and the operating period have different effects on the aging of the composite insulator.The results show that the aging effect of different external forces on the composite insulator is as follows: the degree of operation is higher than the electric field strength,the power plant The intensity is affected more than the operating environment.Finally,the aging state evaluation model of composite insulator is established by using support vector machine algorithm.The accuracy of model classification is93.9394%.Comparing this result with the models established in other literatures,the feasibility of the model built in this paper is confirmed,which provides a better way to explore the online evaluation of the aging state of composite insulators.
