Since the reform and opening up,China's social economy has developed rapidly.Problems such as energy shortages and environmental pollution are also becoming increasingly prominent.While actively researching and developing new energy sources,recycling and utilization of waste heat resources should also be taken seriously.The centralized bathroom has the characteristics of large water volume,concentrated use time and high temperature of discharged wastewater.Recycling low-level thermal energy in concentrated bathroom wastewater is of great significance for energy conservation and emission reduction.This paper takes the centralized bathroom of a university in Baoding as the background.A solar-sewage source heat pump composite system was proposed to supply hot water to the bathroom instead of the original gas boiler auxiliary solar system.Study the modified hot water system operation strategy and hot water satisfaction rate.The original gas boiler auxiliary solar system was compared and analyzed.The research analysis steps are as follows:First,investigate the student's bathing situation at the campus.Calculation and analysis showed daily water consumption and bathroom hot water load.Design a schematic diagram of the solar-sewage source heat pump composite system and determine the operating mode.Analyze calculations to select each device.Second,with the TRNSYS software as the platform,the bathroom solar-sewage source heat pump composite system simulation modeling.Calculate the solar energy unit area radiation Icoll,the useful energy obtained by the unit area of the collector is Qu,the solar collector efficiency Etacoll,the solar guarantee rate Fsol,the bathroom hot water satisfaction rate and the contribution rate of each heat source;And choose 5days of January 6?weekend?,January 9?working day?,April 21?weekend?,April 25?working day?,August 2?summer holiday?as research Typical day.Simulated analysis of typical daily constant temperature water tanks with hourly exit temperature conditions reflecting typical daily hot water satisfaction.The simulation results show that only solar collectors and sewage source heat pumps are unable to fully reach the hot water load requirements of the bathroom.Therefore,an additional auxiliary heat source needs to be added.This paper adds a gas boiler as an auxiliary heat source and builds a simulation model.The daily bathroom satisfaction rate was calculated and the most unfavorable typical day was compared with the simulation results of the unassisted heat source system.Then,from the economic,energy-saving and environmental benefits,the original gas boiler auxiliary solar system is compared and analyzed.The results show that the solar-sewage source heat pump composite system is not only superior to the gas boiler auxiliary solar system in terms of economy and energy saving,but also has better environmental protection benefits.Ultimate,the solar-sewage source heat pump composite system was optimized from the solar collector area,inclination and orientation,and each circulating water tank.The results show that the operating costs and annual cost of the system are reduced after optimization.
