The safe production of power plant involves the safety of equipment and personnel.The safety of equipment is accomplished through production management methods such as operation,overhaul and spot inspection,combined with monitoring system and production management system.Personal safety of operators is a very important research topic in current power production.In 2006,there were 48 electric power personal deaths and 106 deaths in China.In 2017,there were 53 electric power casualties and 62 deaths in China.It can be seen that in the past ten years,although the situation of personal death accidents in power safety production has decreased,it is still very high,and the problem of safety management has not been fundamentally solved.This paper focuses on UWB technology positioning and active safety method of power plant.In power plant,by using UWB high-precision positioning technology and wireless communication technology,and collecting a series of production management data such as real-time data,work order,two tickets,patrol inspection,an information physical integration system(CPS)is established.In this system,an active safety database is established,which connects the personnel task with the active safety database.Through active and real-time safety reminder,prevention and control,an intelligent intrinsic safety prevention and control system is established to avoid the occurrence of personal casualties and realize intrinsic safety management.For key areas,such as distribution room and important equipment area,this paper analyses and studies TDOA indoor positioning method based on UWB,chooses PLS-PSO hybrid positioning algorithm through experiments,and chooses appropriate parameters to establish UWB positioning system.A small-scale prediction model is established,and the validity of location is verified by experiments and simulation analysis.It achieves high positioning accuracy,and the optimal positioning accuracy can reach 10 cm.Based on the existing IT infrastructure,production and management information system of Jinneng Electric Power Group Co.,Ltd.,a simulation experiment was carried out.The coordinate information of equipment and personnel was obtained from the collected information through high-performance calculation in the background,and the electronic fence of dangerous area was delineated,so that the personnel entering or approaching dangerous area could be warned in time.At the same time,the main station side of the system monitors,records,reminds and alarms the working groups of several inspection,operation,construction,overhaul or visit tasks.This paper focuses on UWB technology positioning and active safety method of power plant.Through the application of UWB high-precision positioning technology and wireless communication technology in power plant,and through collecting a series of production management data such as real-time data,work order,two tickets,patrol inspection,an information physical integration system(CPS)is established.In this system,an active safety database is established,which connects the personnel task with the active safety database.Through active and real-time safety reminder,prevention and control,an intelligent intrinsic safety prevention and control system is established to avoid the occurrence of personal casualties and realize intrinsic safety management.For key areas,such as distribution rooms and important equipment areas,UWB indoor positioning technology based on TDOA is adopted.The measurement data are collected by the positioning system,and the PLS-PSO hybrid positioning algorithm is realized and evaluated.It achieves high positioning accuracy,and the optimal positioning accuracy can reach 10 cm.The positioning system is responsible for obtaining coordinate information of equipment and personnel through high-performance calculation in the background,delimiting electronic fence in dangerous areas,and timely warning of personnel entering or approaching dangerous areas.At the same time,the main station side of the system monitors,records,reminds and alarms the working groups of several inspection,operation,construction,overhaul or visit tasks.
