Coal has always occupied a large proportion of China's energy consumption.Although new energy is developing rapidly,China's current power generation is still dominated by coal-fired power generation.Due to the generally low quality of coal in China,a large amount of low-value coal is produced every year.With the further strengthening of environmental protection,the further increase in the proportion of coal washing in China will produce more low-value coal.Circulating fluidized bed power generation technology can effectively use lowvalue coal and avoid waste of resources.In the process of burning low-value coal,circulating fluidized bed boiler produces less dust,sulfur dioxide,nitrogen oxides and other pollutants.Pollution;low-value coal is cheap,greatly reducing fuel costs,and circulating fluidized bed power plants are usually built near coal mines,and their transportation costs are relatively low.Therefore,whether it is from the perspective of resources,environment or economy,circulating fluidized bed power generation technology has great advantages.In this paper,the background and significance of developing circulating fluidized bed power generation technology are expounded,and the development status of circulating fluidized bed boiler at home and abroad is explained.The excellent characteristics of circulating fluidized bed power generation technology and its future development are demonstrated..Research on the theory of clean production and externalities,a large part of the circulating fluidized bed is an external benefit,although it is not reflected in the power generation enterprise,but it is beneficial from the whole society,and it is resourceful and environmentally beneficial.And the theory and content of economic benefits are elaborated.According to the combustion characteristics of the circulating fluidized bed boiler,the resource benefits,environmental benefits and economic benefits generated by the circulating fluidized bed power generation technology are analyzed,so that the index system of the comprehensive benefits of the circulating fluidized bed power generation technology is carried out from these three aspects.Construct.According to the characteristics of circulating fluidized bed power generation technology,a comprehensive benefit evaluation model of circulating fluidized bed power generation technology was established.The weight of each index was determined by using the analytic hierarchy process,and the comprehensive benefit score of the power plant was obtained.The data is divided into test set and training set.The training set data is trained by least squares support vector machine,and the hyperparameter is optimized by particle swarm optimization algorithm.From the empirical analysis,the proposed evaluation model has high evaluation accuracy.Finally,according to the comprehensive benefit evaluation results of this paper,the future development countermeasures of circulating fluidized bed power generation technology are proposed,which provides guidance and direction for the better development of circulating fluidized bed.
