Before the transmission assembly is put into use,the brake fluid should be injected into the clutch separation system to achieve stable shift operation during the driving process of the vehicle.At present,the filling of brake fluid in most clutch separation system in China is accomplished manually,which is time-consuming and labor-consuming.With the increasing demand of transmission assembly,the original inefficient production has been unable to meet the market demand.Therefore,according to the current market demand,an automatic and efficient emptying and oil injection test-bed is designed in this paper.The main research contents are as follows.Firstly,based on the actual production requirements of automotive transmission assembly,a new overall design scheme of non-standard test bench suitable for the production of 5AG40-A/B and 6AG40-A/B transmission assembly is put forward,and its main structure,working principle of components,overall layout and the overall design scheme of system control are determined..Secondly,combined with the external dimension parameters of transmission assembly,the clamping device and compressor mechanism of the hydraulic separation bearing emptying test-bed are designed based on SolidWorks three-dimensional software,and the components of the clamping device and compressor mechanism are determined.Meanwhile,the pipeline design of the emptying and oil injection device is completed,and the key components of the emptying test-bed are designed and selected.Then,the selection of electrical components and the design of pneumatic schematic diagram are determined by analyzing the action needed to complete the exhaust test bench.Based on Siemens S7 / 1200 PLC,the selection of control system module and the design of the main circuit diagram are completed.The program of the control system is programmed by the TIA Portal V14 software,and the motion control of vacuum pump,solenoid valve,extended cylinder and rotary clamping cylinder is realized by ladder diagram.At the same time,the man-machine interface and the TCU detection man-machine interface of the emptying test-bed are designed by using TIA Portal WinCC configuration software.Finally,the assembly of hydraulic separation bearing emptying test-bed is carried out,and the possible problems in the use of the test-bed are summarized.Combined withthe actual production situation,the test-bed is simply debugged to make it reach the optimal state in the production.The field test shows that the equipment of hydraulic separation bearing emptying test-bed meets the requirements of field production,and the equipment runs safely and stably,which not only reduces the workload of workers and the consumption of brake fluid,but also accelerates the production rhythm of workpiece,which effectively improves the production efficiency of transmission assembly.
