With the rapid development of the world economy,the problems of ecological environment pollution and fossil energy crisis are aggravating.The development and utilization of new energy has become one of the important measures to solve energy and environmental problems.In the field of new energy power generation,photovoltaic power generation has become an important part of it.Under this application background,the research of photovoltaic inverters is of great significance to promote the development and application of new energy power generation system.Due to the low output voltage of a single photovoltaic panel,two-stage inverters are usually used.It can achieve boost and invert,but there are many components and low efficiency shortcomings.Therefore,a single stage boost photovoltaic inverter with leakage current suppression function is proposed in this thesis.Firstly,the working modes and principles of the proposed single stage boost photovoltaic inverter are analyzed when the power factor is 1 and less than 1 mode.The PWM modulation strategy,steady-state performance and common mode current are analyzed in detail.The correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified by the simulation of MATLAB/Simulink.Secondly,in order to effectively control the power of the photovoltaic inverter,the coordinate transformation suitable for single phase inverter is analyzed by referring to the coordinate transformation in the control of three-phase inverter,and a direct power control strategy suitable for single phase inverter is further studied.The control strategy can decouple the active power and reactive power directly,and simulation models are built in Matlab/Simulink to verify the correctness of theoretical analysis.Finally,a prototype is built with the TMS320F2812 DSP as the core controller for experimental verification,and the experimental results verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
