China’s urbanization process has entered a stage of rapid development,and the urban population is increasing,which has led to a sharp increase in traffic pressure.In order to alleviate the pressure of travel,the role of urban rail transit plays an important role.Therefore,many cities are committed to urban rail transit construction in improving urban traffic problems.When monitoring the subway tunnels,the traditional manual monitoring mode has some shortcomings,such as time-consuming,laborious,low accuracy,and unable to obtain multi-directional measurement data all day,because the tunnels are underground and the distance is long and narrow;Meanwhile,When monitoring the key monitoring objects in the tunnel protection area,the conventional measurement mode can only replace the overall deformation of the monitoring body with single point deformation,which often can not truly reflect its actual deformation.In view of the above problems,this paper studies the measurement of robotic automatic monitoring methods to make up for the shortcomings of existing monitoring methods.This paper takes TS30 measuring robot as an example,takes Visual Studio 2010 and MATLAB as development tools,and successfully develops multi-computer networked online control system through measuring robot provide secondary development platform--GeoCOM Interface.The concrete research results of this paper are as follows:(1)With the GeoCOM interface,develop two online control modes for TS30 measurement robots: multi-measurement robot normal mode and measurement robot scan mode.(2)Adopt two data communication modes to complete the data remote transmission of multi-measurement robots.(3)Design the SQL Server database and complete the call and processing of related data under the Visual Studio 2010 platform.(4)Based on Visual Studio 2010 and Matlab platform,it realizes multi-return error analysis of measurement data,differential processing of monitoring data,Kalman filter denoising,support vector machine regression model prediction and other data processing functions,and completes the overall deformation analysis of the monitoring area.
