| The holding pole is a lifting machine used in the construction of transmission tower.In this paper,the connected joint of the standard section is studied with 48 m all-steel inner suspended holding pole as the research object.This paper introduces the structure,construction technology and technical parameters of the 48 m all-steel inner suspended holding pole.Based on the finite element analysis of the whole holding pole,the most unfavorable construction condition and the most unfavorable node on the main column of the holding pole are determined.The three-dimensional finite element model of the bolted joint is established,and the contact analysis of the bolted joint is carried out.The results show that the stress and displacement of bolted joint meet the design requirements.The three-dimensional finite element model of the bolted local holding pole is established,and the contact analysis of the local holding pole is carried out.The results show that the maximum stress and displacement of local holding pole are within the range of the design requirements.In order to improve the joint of standard section,a new method of pin connection is presented.The structure design of pin-connected joint is completed,and the layout form of ear-plate is determined.The three-dimensional finite element model of the local pin-connected joint is established,and the bearing capacity of local pin-connected joint is analyzed.The results show that the bearing capacity of local pin-connected joint meets the design requirements and the joint has large strength reserve.The design of pin-connected joint is reasonable.The three-dimensional finite element model of the whole pin-connected joint is established,and the contact analysis of the whole pin-connected joint is carried out.The results show that the stress of the whole pin-connected joint is reasonable and its connection with the angle steel is firm.The three-dimensional finite element model of the pin-connected local holding pole is established,and the contact analysis of the local holding pole is carried out.The results show that the strength and stiffness of local holding pole meet the design requirements.It is feasible to adopt pin connection for the holding pole.The comparison between bolted joint and pin-connected joint is carried out.The results show that bolted joint and pin-connected joint both have good bearing capacity,and the pin-connected joint has greater strength reserve in the aspect of tensile strength. |
