In recent years,with the comprehensive promotion of China's construction industrialization,the research on prefabricated construction has become the focus of scholars.While many research results have been achieved,While many research results have been achieved,more in-depth research is still needed on the enclosure-wallboard in assembled buildings.Prefabricated concrete sandwich thermal insulation wall panels are one of the important forms of fabricated building envelope system,but the design of external wall panels has not yet formed a unified mature theory and norms.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct a large number of experiments and theoretical studies on the structural performance of external wall panels.In this paper,the following research work is carried out around the prefabricated coagulation sandwich wall panels:(1)Starting from the connection structure of external wall panels,this paper introduces three kinds of mechanical model of the precast concrete sandwich wall panel,the connection mode between external wall panel and main structure,and design method of wall panels at present.(2)According to the mechanical properties of the wall panels,this paper tests the flexural performance of three precast concrete sandwich wall panels with four points of support,studies the failure phenomena and failure modes of the sandwich external wall panels under equivalent uniform load.The paper also analyzes the bending performance and test data parameters of the sandwich external wall panels,including load-deflection curve,cracking load,ultimate load and strain distribution.The test results show that the sandwich exterior wall panels have good flexural performance and meet the needs of practical engineering,and the failure mode of the wall panels belongs to ductile failure.(3)The finite element analysis software ABAQUS is used to model and analyze the external wall panels.The mechanical characteristics and failure mechanism of the external wall panels under test load are studied.The simulation results are compared with the test results to verify the validity and accuracy of the simulation calculation.(4)Parametric analysis was carried out on the finite element model verified by experiments,including the types of connectors,the layout of connectors,spacing and other factors,to study the influence on the flexural and shear properties of the sandwich insulation external wall panels,the results show that the types,arrangementand spacing of the joints have an effect on the bearing capacity of the external wall panels.
