The advanced metering infrastructure is an important part of the smart grid and is considered the first step in the smart grid.Advanced metering infrastructure realizes the two-way exchange of measurement data and instruction data between the user and the power company through a safe and reliable communication network, which effectively implements the interactive power consumption. In the advanced metering infrastructure,on the one hand, smart meters collect large amounts of data and upload them to the power company. These data include various types of energy measurement data and prepaid information. If the information is leaked,it will expose the rules and habits of individual users. On the other hand, the power company sends remote control information and electricity price information to the smart meters, but the tampering of the information causes the smart meter to execute an incorrect command, which makes the smart meters perform irregular measurement work. Therefore, how to monitor the power consumption of an area without revealing the personal information and consumption information of individual users is a problem that needs to be paid attent ion to during the unicast uploading information process of the advanced metering infrastructure. It is a security challenge in the multicast transmission process of the downlink information in the advanced metering infrastructure that can ensure that the smart meter receives the correct instruction information and ensure that the identity of the smart meter receiving the information is not leaked. In this paper,we mainly study the data security and privacy protection schemes in the advanced metering infrastructure, and have completed the following aspects.Firstly, for the problem of privacy leakage in the smart meter uploading data in the advanced metering infrastructure,a secure unicast data uploading scheme is designed. The scheme adopts a certificateless aggregation signcryption algorithm to protect the confidentiality, integrity and unforgeability of the data uploaded by smart meter. The scheme does not use complex operations in the specific execution process, and can be applied to devices with limited computing resources such as smart meters. Then,a secure certificateless multi-recipient signcryption scheme is proposed for solving the security problems of remote downlink control commands in multicast manner in advanced metering infrastructure. The realization process of the scheme is supplied. The scheme can not only ensure the confidentiality, integrity and unforgeability of commands sent by the power company, but also make the identity of the smart meter receiving the commands unable to be leaked. Finally, through the efficiency analysis and related experiments, the calculation efficiency and running time of the signcryption scheme designed in this paper are analyzed in the signcryption phase and the unsigncryption phase. The results show that the schemes satisfy the time performance requirements of measurement data uploaded and control command downloaded.
