Axis ventilator as a widely used oil-gas separation device in aeroengine,not only has excellent oil-gas separation performance,but also can effectively reduce the weight of the engine.Because of the limitation of installation location and manufacturing process,the separation performance of oil and gas can not be improved only by increasing the speed of ventilator,but also by focusing more on the separation mechanism of oil droplets such as barrier and condensation.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the axial ventilator with metal sponge,honeycomb structure and other filter elements.In order to study the effects of rotational speed,air flow rate,length of honeycomb holes,honeycomb hole diameter and air temperature on oil-gas separation performance and ventilation resistance of honeycomb axial ventilator,the motion equation of oil particles in honeycomb holes based on particle kinematics was established.The particle trajectory was solved by Runge-Kutta method,and the motion characteristics of oil particles with different diameters in honeycomb holes were analyzed.The geometrical characteristics of honeycomb structure give the criterion of particle separation.Finally,a parametric model of the separation efficiency of honeycomb structure is established.The separation efficiency of honeycomb holes under different working conditions is obtained under given particle diameter distribution.At the same time,a parametric calculation model of ventilation resistance of honeycomb holes based on engineering fluid dynamics is established.On the other hand,the honeycomb ventilator is divided into honeycomb structure and other structures.The CFD calculation model of oil-gas two-phase flow in honeycomb ventilator based on hydrodynamics is established,and the CFD calculation results are combined with the test results to verify the parametric model.The separation efficiency and ventilation resistance of honeycomb structures with different parameters are calculated and analyzed by using the empirical parametric model,and the fitting curves with different parameters are given.
