Planning And Design Of Taohuayuan Themed Agricultural Park In Pingyuan New District Of Xinxiang Based On The Concept Of Experience

The theme agricultural park is a new type of leisure agriculture,which is a combination of theme parks and leisure agriculture sightseeing parks.The theme agricultural park sets up the theme experience activities through the combination of the planning and design of agricultural theme and the “experience” theory,and promotes the development of rural first,second and third industries through the development of rural tourism.With the rapid development of China's economy,people's tourism consumption demand has increased significantly,and the consumption structure has changed significantly.Faced with the embarrassing situation of holiday tourists in various scenic spots in various regions,rural tourism has slowly entered people's sights and has become the first choice for people to travel short holidays.Existing traditional agricultural parks have problems such as lack of experience,homogenization of landscapes,and fierce market competition.The theme agriculture park based on the experience concept has emerged as the times require.Based on the concept of experience,the theme agricultural park is further developed in the traditional leisure agriculture.Diversify the needs of tourists by deepening the resources of the experience activities by establishing the characteristics of the park.In the future,the experiential theme agricultural park will be more and more popular with the market and tourists.Therefore,this paper will have important significance for the research and exploration of the theme agricultural park under the concept of experience.This paper takes the Taohuayuan theme agricultural park in the pingyuan area of Henan Province as a case study,and finds that the leisure agricultural park is developing rapidly in China,and leisure agricultural tourism is more and more popular.Through the analysis and summary of the concepts and related theories of“thematic agriculture park” and “experience”,and combining the relevant cases and literatures,the connotation,classification and characteristics of the experiential theme agricultural park are summarized.Combine theory with practice in the concrete practice of Taohuayuan Theme Agriculture Park in Xinxiang City Pingyuan New District.The Taohuayuan theme agricultural park in Xinxiang Pingyuan New Area covers an area of about 93 hectares.The plan includes the entrance plaza,Taoyuan Square,the kilometer landscape corridor,the romantic flower sea,the ecological picking,the water botanical garden,the land botanical garden,the happy farm,and the hot spring resort.Taoyuan Farm Resort,Taoxi Rafting,Agricultural Products Exhibition,Waterfront Plaza and other activities create a beautiful and experienced paradise.The innovation of this paper mainly includes two points: Firstly,the “Thematic”and “Experience” theories are combined in the Taohuayuan Theme Agriculture Park in the Plain New District,focusing on the excavation of local resources and the settingof experience activities.Secondly,in the planning and design,we will give full play to the regional characteristics,establish a distinctive theme style,and form our own brand effect to create “the peach blossom source on the north bank of the Yellow River” to achieve long-term sustainable development of the agricultural park.Create a park brand with distinctive themes,innovative activities,beautiful landscapes and innovative marketing strategies.The experiential theme agricultural park is an important part of modern agriculture.Under the experience of economic trends,the development of the experiential theme agricultural park has broad prospects.In the future,the theme agriculture park based on the experience concept will be a new way of modern agricultural development,and therefore will have a broader market.
