With the rapid growth of renewable energy installed capacity,the problem of renewable energy consumption in China has become increasingly prominent,and the problem of abandoning wind and abandoning light in areas rich in renewable energy is becoming more and more serious.With the continuous rapid growth of China's renewable energy installed capacity,the contradiction between the large-scale development of renewable energy and the lack of market capacity has become increasingly prominent.In the“Three North,region,where the problem of abandoning wind and abandoning light is the most serious,its renewable energy development is more rapid,and the installed growth rate is much higher than the load growth rate.With the release of the "Opinions on Further Deepening the Reform of the Power System" issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China[2015]No.9,a new round of power reform was officially launched.The paper focuses on promoting the high-level new energy consumption problem.Firstly,it analyzes the existing market mechanism in China and the main contradiction of Chinas new energy consumption.In summary,the promotion of high proportion of new energy consumption should mainly rely on the market flexibility mechanism.Some problems exist in promoting the market mechanism of new energy consumption.Secondly,based on the current situation in China,we designed trans-provincial trans-regional transactions between new energy and thermal power,new energy and self-sufficient power generation power generation transactions,and new energy thermal power bundles.The recent market mechanism based on transaction-oriented,and considering the establishment of the long-term spot market,designed the market mechanism of long-term promotion of high-ratio new energy consumption based on the CFD model and the premium competition model;finally,by constructing a market mechanism for the new The contribution model of energy consumption and the market mechanism benefit quantitative model to promote new energy consumption quantify the benefits of market mechanisms.Through case study,it is further proved that an effective market mechanism can promote high proportion of new energy consumption and bring considerable benefits.
