With the rapid development of wind power and photovoltaic power generation technology,China's wind power penetration is increasing.With the increase of wind power penetration,more and more attention has been paid to the impact of its inherent three characteristics(randomness,fluctuation and uncertainty)on the power grid.Especially when a ramp event occurs,the active power of the system is seriously unbalanced in a short time,the frequency stability is destroyed,and even the large-scale load shedding is caused.In addition,due to the influence of resources and environment,the proportion of wind power will become larger and larger,the probability of wind power ramping events will increase,and its impact on the power grid will become greater and greater,which seriously threatens the safe and stable operation of the power system.It is urgent to study appropriate ramping control strategies to reduce the impact of ramping on the power grid.This paper presents a cooperative game-based wind power ramping control strategy based on the idea of competition in wind power cluster,on the basis of explaining the related research status of the definition,prediction method and control strategy of wind power ramping events,in order to improve the completeness of field group planning.The main research contents are as follows:1)The definition,prediction methods and control strategies of wind power ramping events are reviewed.Firstly,the common definitions are compared and analyzed,and the advantages,disadvantages and application scope of each definition are clarified.Secondly,the research status of ramping prediction methods is summarized from two aspects:direct prediction method and indirect prediction method.Secondly,the basic ideas and control methods of existing ramping control strategies are expounded.2)Based on the field group complementarity evaluation index,aiming at the minimum field group deviation and the greater profitability of each wind farm,a cooperative game wind power ramping strategy considering auxiliary service compensation costs is proposed.Firstly,the influence of wind power uncertainty on the rarnping control is expounded,and the field group complementarity evaluation index is put forward,which leads to the advantage of field group ramping control.Then,based on the wind farm output and output adjustment,the deviation of the actual output and planned value of the wind farm,the payment function is constructed to encourage the wind farm to adopt a cooperative game mode to better complete the field group plan and reduce the compensation fees for auxiliary services to be paid,and improve your own interests and overall interests.3)A cooperative game additional benefit allocation strategy is proposed.The key to the cooperative game problem is how to effectively distribute the additional benefits.Aiming at this problem,the commonly used cooperative game allocation strategy is firstly described.The improved DP index is proposed to measure the stability of the allocation strategy.Then,based on the data of the cooperative game strategy chapter,three typical allocation strategies are analyzed and compared,namely,average distribution strategy,Shapley value based allocation strategy and equal UDP indicators allocation strategy.
