| Concentrated solar power generation,as a renewable energy generation mode,clean and environmental protection,energy saving,has a wide range of application prospects.Concentrated solar power generation output power is greatly affected by the weather,with volatility.The use of heat storage systems can deflate this fluctuation and achieve continuous and stable power generation.Therefore,the research on the performance of heat storage equipment is of great significance to the development of concentrated solar power generation.In this paper,a two-dimensional unsteady continuous solid phase model is established for the packed bed phase change heat storage tank,and its thermal storage performance are numerically studied.The simulation results reveal the change of thermocline and the distribution state of heat transfer temperature difference during heat storage.The effects of initial temperature,inlet temperature of heat transfer fluid,inlet velocity of heat transfer fluid and particle diameter of packed bed on heat storage performance were analyzed.According to the analysis results,the initial temperature mainly affects the heat storage performance before the phase change,and the inlet temperature of heat transfer fluid mainly affects the heat storage performance after phase change and phase change,while the influence of the inlet velocity of heat transfer fluid and the particle diameter of packed bed on the heat storage performance is reflected in the whole heat storage stage.Changing the initial temperature and the inlet temperature of heat transfer fluid will affect the heat storage capacity of the system.Changing the inlet velocity of heat transfer fluid and the diameter of packed bed particles will affect the heat exchange rate of the system,and the heat storage capacity is unchanged.The influence of the above parameters on the thermal storage performance is reflected in different aspects,and the thickness of the thermocline can be controlled by changing these parameters.The result has guiding significance for operation control of thermal storage system in concentrated solar power station.Combined with the theory of particle packing,this paper proposes a packing optimization scheme based on the diameter of phase change capsules obeying Alfred distribution.Significantly improves the phase change capsule packing efficiency.increases the heat storage density of the heat storage system,enhances heat transfer.and increases heat storage per unit time... |
