With the continuous development of wind power industry in our country,the construction of wind turbines in our country the accelerating speed and the use of a long time has been imported wind turbines patterns of lubricating oil is not suitable for the development of Chinese wind point unit.Therefore,the domestic production of wind turbine lubricating oil has become an urgent task.In this paper,three kinds of domestic oil and one kind of imported wind turbine gear oil in service have been monitored for two years in cooperation with Huafu Electric Power Investment Co.,Ltd.of Heilongjiang Province.Variation rules of several performance indexes have been compared and analyzed.In view of the change of moisture content in gear oil infrared spectrum with time line,quantitative calculation,analysis and prediction have been carried out by using machine learning method.The comparison with the measured data shows the effectiveness of the method.The main work is as follows:1.Four kinds of wind turbine gear oils in service at home and abroad have been sampled and tested six times in two years.Many physical and chemical properties of the oils and lubrication properties of the oils in different periods have been tested comprehensively by various methods.2.Deterioration analysis of four kinds of oil test data obtained in 1.Through comparative analysis,it can be found that the performance of different brands of lubricants is not significantly different,only the anti-foaming performance changes greatly,other properties have little difference.According to the current test results,the difference between domestic and imported gear oils is not obvious,and it can be used as an alternative.3.Based on infrared spectroscopy and extreme learning machine,the quantitative calculation and analysis of water composition in monitoring oil samples are carried out,and the prediction model of water composition is established.The results of comparison with the measured data show that this method can be used as a fast detection method for moisture content of fan gear oil,and it provides convenience for predicting water content in oil by infrared spectroscopy in the future.The following conclusions are obtained:...
