With the increasing proportion of wind power connected to the grid, the peak load regulation pressure of power system has increased significantly. With high proportion of wind power in current system, the accommodation demand can never be satisfied if the coverage of optimization dispatch is still limited in the generation side, resulting in a considerable amount of wind curtailment. At the same time, all sectors of society have begun to require large-scale wind farms to undertake certain system regulation tasks, similar to thermal power plants. From this, there is an urgent need to find a new way to improve the accommodation level while optimizing outputs of various types of power supplies to meet the needs of all parties.Promoting wind power accommodation level and improve wind power output through the coordinated operation of the power sales side and wind farms, using the load flexibility,is an idea to solve this problem. Therefore, aiming to enhance the accommodation level and improve the output of wind farms, the operation strategy and economic dispatch model of multi-agents on the power-sale side based on wind power accommodation demand are studied in this paper,on the basis of different application scenarios. The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly, the existing problems of wind power accommodation in China were analyzed, and the positive and negative accommodation demands of wind farms were defined. Also, the response potential in accommodating wind power of each participant on the selling side were studied.Aiming at the accommodation demand for wind power,a coordinated operation mode between wind farms and power selling side was proposed.Secondly, considering the flexibility of electric load,a wind farm-load aggregator(LA)coordinated operation mode framework and LA’s economic dispatch model based on the positive demand of wind power accommodation were established. The simulation results show that a certain proportion of flexible load can greatly enhance LA’s overall flexibility and greatly improve its ability to accommodate the wind power. At the same time, both the wind farm and LA can obtain considerable benefits, the coordinated operation is reasonable from an economic point of view.In addition, the price of wind power agreement and the price of flexible load compensation are the key factors affecting the effect of abandoning wind and the benefits of both parties. In addition, wind power agreement price and flexible load compensation price are the key factors affecting the effect of accommodating wind power and the benefits of both parties. Finally, considering the response potential of power and thermal loads participating in integrated demand response(IDR),the elasticity of heating load, and the power/thermal generation response capability of self-owned energy supply equipment,a new wind farm-integrated energy service provider(IESP)coordinated operation mode framework was proposed, and an economic dispatch model for IESP was established. The simulation results show that under this framework, the micro turbine-combined heat and power(MT-CHP)unit,the electric boiler,IDR power loads and heating loads are mainly used to meet the full accommodation demand of wind power, while the gas boiler and IDR thermal loads play an auxiliary role.Meanwhile, due to the limited response capacity of the energy supply equipment and comprehensive flexible load under the jurisdiction of IESP,the demand of the accommodation wind farm cannot be fully satisfied,so the increases in benefits are limited.
