Mechanism And Countermeasures Of Enterprise’s Innovation-Driven Under Cluster Environment

With the development of economic,China’s economic development has entered into the new normal development stage.In this stage,innovation-driven will play a strategic role,with the industrial cluster going to be the core competitiveness of regional and national.Whether from the perspective of theoretical innovation or the need of practical development,it is significant to study influence factors of enterprise innovation-driven under cluster environment.In this paper,we take the innovation-driven in cluster environment as the research object,use social network analysis to visualize,and make empirical research on the factors of innovation-driven.First of all,the thesis summarized the theories of research on innovation-driven,explained and analysed the connotation of social network analysis,industrial cluster and innovation-driven;secondly,the papaer use software to take the social network analysis of innovation-driven cutting-edge research,economic development,technology innovation and industrial upgrading are studied arounding innovation-driven;thirdly,using the method of theoretical analysis and empirical research,the paper analyzed Qingdao City electronic enterprise innovation-driven factors in the cluster environment,the results showed that:the market demand,market mechanism,entrepreneurial spirit and corporate culture have a positive effect to enterprise innovation-driven,government policy has a negative effect on innovation-driven.Finally,combined with the research results,the paper puts forward suggestions from these aspects:integrating innovation resources,improving innovation network and strengthening innovation environment.Through the analysis of research results of innovation-driven,this paper researches and analyses the frontier research in innovation-driven,takes a empirical analysis of the relationship between market demand,market mechanism,government policy,entrepreneurship,enterprise culture and innovation-driven,and puts forward the countermeasures and enriches the study of innovation theory.
