Servo feed system,as a typical component widely used in mechanical engineering,has a huge impact on the quality of the products produced and the positioning accuracy of precision mechanical systems such as robots.There are many factors affecting the accuracy of the servo feed system.Friction nonlinearity is the friction phenomenon among the friction factors that most affects the accuracy of the servo feed system at low speed.It is very important to monitor,identify and study it,and in most mechanical engineering.In the application,the servo system does not have a complicated friction compensation algorithm.How to reduce the friction nonlinear phenomenon by limited methods such as lubrication and application of a wide range of servo functions is of great research significance.In this paper,through the self-built test platform,the lubrication conditions between the contact pairs and the parameters of the servo algorithm are changed,the friction nonlinearity of the servo feed system and other friction problems are studied,and the preliminary exploration of the numerical and physical simulation models of the servo feed system was carried out.Firstly,the structure of each part of the self-built test machine is introduced,including data acquisition system,feed system,servo system and operating system.The operation method of the test machine is introduced,including the change of servo parameters and the operation of data acquisition software.The test variable servo parameters and lubrication conditions are selected.Secondly,the processing and analysis of the signals collected by the testing machine are carried out,including obtaining the Stribeck curve and fitting it to study the friction characteristics at low speed and high speed.Finally,the numerical simulation and physical structure simulation of the servo feed system are explored,including numerical modeling by numerical calculation,simulation modeling of physical structure using Simscape and3 D model drawing by SolidWorks and import into MATLAB using SimMechanics Second Generation performs 3D simulation modeling.
