The high flexibility,lightness and maneuverability of unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)have made them widely used in civil and military applications,and the development of UAV has caused a worldwide craze.The use of vertical take-off and landing technology has added to the development of UAV.The excellent performance of zero-distance take-off and landing and the stable flight of fixed-wing long-haul flight make the vertical take-off and landing UAV become the mainstream of current UAV design.Combined with the application of the UAV in the forestry direction,considering the poor environment of the forestry take-off site,a small fixed-wing UAV that can realize the vertical take-off and landing function is designed.The UAV can be equipped with high-definition cameras,sensors and other equipment to meet the requirements of daily forest tasks.This paper takes the provision of sufficient payload as the starting point,and makes a detailed discussion from the parameter estimation to the overall layout structure design analysis to complete the overall structural design of the UAV.Several flight modes and corresponding control schemes for the vertical takeoff and landing drones are analyzed,flight control system requirelents are proposed,and airborne equipment design was completed.The ANSYS software is used to complete the static analysis of the wing structure,verify the feasibility of designing the wing structure,and analyze the influence of different distribution positions of the wing beam on the wing structure.The modal analysis of the improved wing structure is carried out to obtain different order vibration frequencies and vibration modes,which provide data parameters for the whole machine analysis.The fluid analysis design scheme is discussed.The MRF model method is used to analyze the influence of the propeller installation position on the wing of the unmanned aerial vehicle in the area affected by the slipstream.The most important ones are the propellers from the perspectives of lift coefficient,drag coefficient,lift-to-drag ratio and structural design characteristics.Jiaan put the position.Using Fluent to analyze and calculate the design of the UAV,the aerodynamic characteristics of the whole machine under different conditions are obtained.The feasibility of the design of the whole machine is analyzed according to the parameters such as the pressure distribution of the whole machine,the surface flow line of the machine body and the aerodynamic parameters.Analyze the position of the center of gravity of the UAV,calculate the flight performance of the UAV,and analyze the horizontal and vertical stability of the UAV according to the torque coefficient of the whole machine,and verify that the designed UAV meets the requirements.
