Study On Economic Evaluation Of Passive Energy-Saving Buildings

In order to implement the concept of sustainable development,build beautiful Chinese cities and achieve the goal of sustainable development,it is necessary to establish and practice the belief that green water and green hills are Jinshan and Yinshan,and to implement the basic national policy of resource conservation and environmental protection.This paper expounds the economy of passive energy-saving buildings from three aspects of economy,environment and social benefits,and classifies passive buildings and energy-saving construction.The construction standards are related,and their characteristics and attributes are analyzed.The envelope structure,doors and windows,efficient ventilation and heat recovery system,air tightness,building shading and non-thermal bridge design are different from the traditional construction technology and materials.Thus,incremental cost and incremental benefit will be generated.The stage that brings benefits to developers is operation and maintenance stage,and the construction project will be put into production and use.In order to fully reflect the value of passive energy-saving buildings,this paper constructs two indicators of cost-benefit ratio and investment payback period from five aspects,respectively,from building envelope energy-saving,HVAC energy-saving,lighting energy-saving,energy comprehensive utilization and renewable energy energy-saving.Quantitative processing,using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to subjectively assign weights and construct the economic evaluation model of hierarchy-extension theory,using economic and environmental benefits to analyze the social benefits caused by real estate developers,and putting forward relevant incentive policies formulated by government departments,such as establishing compulsory standards and certification system,cash subsidy,etc.,to promote economic reform and increase passive energy-saving.Promote ideas.This paper evaluates a unit of a residential district in Shijiazhuang City,Hebei Province,and verifies the practical applicability of the evaluation model,which has far-reaching significance for promoting the development of passive energy-saving buildings.
