With the advancement of science and technology and the improvement of people's living standards,the building energy consumption of public institutions in China has gradually increased.Office buildings have a large proportion in public institutions,so it is imperative to study the energy consumption of office buildings.At the same time,improving the utilization rate of clean energy and ensuring China's sustainable development are also the future development trends of China.The solar-ground source heat pump composite energy system uses solar energy as one of the main heat sources,and has better energy saving than a single ground source heat pump system,and has broad development prospects.In this paper,through Dest,TRNSYS simulation analysis method,the energy consumption characteristics of office buildings in severe cold regions,the connection mode and operation method of solar-ground source heat pump system are studied in detail.This paper mainly analyzes the energy consumption of office buildings in severe cold regions,the selection method of solar-ground source heat pump system,the connection form and operation method of the system,and analyzes the influence of adding phase change on the system.In terms of energy consumption of office buildings,this paper uses Dest software to simulate 8760 hours of an office building in Shenyang,analyze its energy consumption characteristics,and analyze the energy consumption factors of office buildings by factor analysis.The results show that the load rate of o ffice buildings in the heating season and cooling season is mostly below 60%,and the personnel density and indoor design temperature have a great impact on the building load.In the selection of solar energy=ground source heat pump system,this paper is beneficial to the simulation analysis of ground source heat pump alone,and designs a ground source heat pump system selection method based on heat balance,which can calculate the energy ratio of ground source heat pump and solar energy.Through the independent operation simulation of the solar energy system,the operation effect of solar energy in the severe cold area is analyzed,and the connection form of solar energy and ground source heat pump system is proposed.The results show that the solar system should be connected to the source side of the system due to the small solar illumination in the cold region and the low outdoor temperature.In the aspect of solar-ground source heat pump system connection and operation method,this paper studies the solar-ground source heat pump system series,parallel,water tank heat storage and cross-season energy storage.The results show that the solar energy utilization of series and parallel systems Larger,but the solar energy utilization rate is lower,the solar collector area is larger,and the parallel system is more energy efficient than the series system when the solar illuminance is poor.The energy efficiency and solar energy utilization of the tank heat storage system are lower than that of the series and parallel systems,but concentrated hot water can be used.The solar energy utilization of the inter-season energy storage system is lower than that of the series and parallel systems,but its advantage is that the solar energy utilization rate is high throughout the year,and the solar collector area is only 15%of the series and parallel systems.In summary,the solar-ground source heat pump system can solve the problem of soil heat balance in severe cold regions,and can improve the COP of the heat pump system.The conclusions of this paper have certain reference value for the application of solar-ground source heat pump system in practical engineering.
