With the development of national economy,the progress of science and technology,the acceleration of urbanization,the requirements of ecological engineering are constantly improving,and the foundation treatment technology is becoming more and more diversified.How to make better use of foundation reinforcement processing technology has become the focus of attention.Regardless of the geological conditions of the urban underground space underground pipe gallery or the West-East Gas Pipeline underground pipeline,which need to be reinforced,the previous large-scale pipelines are laid in a simple way,except that the pipeline is excavated through the area and then opened.The bottom of the dug trench is smeared and then layered with sand,and then the pipe is placed in the trench backfill layer,so that the soil around the treated pipe is prone to a large degree of settlement over time;In order to solve the adverse effects of settlement on the pipeline,it is necessary to find a reinforcement measure that can effectively solve this problem,and these large pipelines are laid at a relatively large distance,often spanning several provinces in the length of several thousand kilometers,so it is impossible to blindly Only consider which measures have the best reinforcement effect,and also consider the economics of the implementation measures.Combining these two factors,we consider applying the bagged sand to the construction of the pipeline.Based on the experimental background,the ABAQUS finite element simulation software is used to numerically model the bagged sand as a measure for pipeline enclosure.By establishing three sets of three-dimensional numerical models of different variables,the numerical simulation results of each model are collected.The numerical calculation results are used to analyze the variation of pipe foundation and pipe strain before and after the bagged sand and bagged sand are used,as well as the number of different sand bags used and the change of the sand bag placement around the pipe.And analysis of the effects of pipeline strain.The article also introduces the mechanical characteristics of the geotextile bag,including the force of the two-dimensional geotextile bag and the force characteristics of the three-dimensional geotextile bag.According to the force characteristics,the bearing capacity of the geotextile bag is derived from the deformation of the filling material in the bag.A tension generated by the bag itself after tightening.This tension is a binding force to the filler in the bag,so that the filler in the bag exhibits characteristics beyond the load carrying capacity of the filler itself.Through the analysis of the settlement curve of the pipeline foundation by numerical simulation results,the use of bagged sand to enclose the pipeline can effectively reduce the settlement degree of the foundation,the uneven settlement of the pipeline will also decrease,and the strain of the pipeline will also be reduced.and will change;In order to further study the effect of sandbags on the settlement of foundations and the strain of pipelines,the amount of sandbags used was adjusted as a variable,and the traditional form of sandbags placed only in the upper part was changed to extend the sandbags to The foundation under the pipe is in the form of a positive trapezoid,and then the display form is placed in an inverted trapezoid;Through comparison of calculation results,it is found that the use of sandbags in the form of positive trapezoidal placement is beneficial to reduce settlement and protect pipelines.Through simulation results,it is also found that the effect of inverted trapezoidal placement on reducing foundation settlement and reducing pipeline strain is better.The shape of the trapezoid is good.Change the friction coefficient of the numerical model and explore its effect.According to the simulation calculation and comparison with the test results,then analyze the influence of some parameter changes in the model on the model,and provide a theoretical basis for the actual engineering application.
