Abstract/Summary:
Stainless steel bar is a new type of material with ultra-high strength, strong corrosion resistance and durability, and good high temperature resistance. It has broad application prospects in the increasingly complex environment of civil engineering, and steel corrosion is At present, one of the main reasons for the durability of the structure in the concrete structure is that the most effective way to solve this problem is to use stainless steel steel bars.Whether the stainless steel reinforcement can replace the ordinary steel bars in the engineering is the main research problem at present, the steel bars and The concrete can work normally because of the similar linear expansion coefficient between the two,and has good bonding performance. The bonding performance between stainless steel and concrete is rarely reported in domestic and foreign research. There is no corresponding theoretical study on the application of stainless steel reinforcement to concrete structures in the future. In this paper, the bond performance between stainless steel and concrete will be studied by reference to the bonding performance between different concrete and different steel bars. The small diameter stainless steel bar refers to the diameter of stainless steel bars of 6mm,8mm and 10mm.The diameter of the large-diameter stainless steel bar refers to the stainless steel bar with a stainless steel bar diameter of not less than 25 mm.This paper is mainly to propose a formula for calculating the bond stress of large-diameter stainless steel bar in concrete. The main research content of this paper:The main research content of this paper:(1)The elastic modulus test of large-diameter steel bars was carried out,and the elastic modulus of large-diameter steel bars was obtained, which provided data support for the test of large-diameter reinforced concrete internal strain gauges.(2)A series of large-diameter stainless steel reinforced concrete center pull-out tests were carried out.By changing the diameter of stainless steel bars and the strength of concrete, the failure modes, bond stress-slip curves and sticking of various factors were analyzed. The effect of knot anchorage eigenvalues. The results show that the statistical regression analysis of the experimental data shows the calculation formula of the ultimate bond stress calculation formula, split bond stress, initial bond stress and relative bond stress between stainless steel bars and concrete.(3)A batch of large-diameter stainless steel steel bar strain gauge test was carried out.According to the measured steel strain, the bond stress variation law at different positions was analyzed, and the bond stress distribution law of large-diameter stainless steel bar in concrete was studied..(4)Comparative analysis of the same diameter of ordinary reinforced concrete and stainless steel reinforced concrete and the bonding stress and failure form of the same concrete grade.
