In this paper,based on the actual application requirements,a smart phone-based electric vehicle path planning application was designed and developed.The lithium battery SOC technology,path planning method and Android technology were used to integrate the Baidu map SDK to realize the lithium battery power evaluation.The main work of this topic is summarized as follows:(1)Analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of lithium battery operating characteristics,working principle,common estimation algorithm of lithium battery SOC and SOC algorithm.(2)Compared with the traditional SOC estimation,this paper adopts a wavelet neural network based on the improved quantum behavior particle swarm optimization algorithm to estimate the remaining capacity of the lithium battery in real time,which lays a foundation for the electric vehicle path planning based on the remaining power.(3)The design scheme of residual electricity model based on average speed and the design scheme of residual electricity model based on road grade are introduced.Then the research on the electric vehicle path planning method was completed,including the analysis of the influencing factors of the electric vehicle path planning,the analysis of the commonly used planning methods,and finally the specific electric vehicle path planning algorithm and its optimization.(4)Realize the mobile phone platform by using Android technology,including the specific implementation of the lithium battery management module,the remote server module and the path planning application module.The electric vehicle path planning application designed in this paper mainly has the following characteristics:(1)Analyzed the functional characteristics of the lithium battery through experiments,and obtained the algorithm training set through experimental methods;(2)Using the wavelet neural network based on improved quantum behavior particle swarm optimization algorithm to estimate the battery SOC,the estimation effect is more accurate than the traditional SOC algorithm,and supports real-time estimation to meet the actual requirements of electric vehicle riding;(3)An electric vehicle path planning method based on remaining power is proposed.Based on the remaining power,the effects of average speed and slope on the riding method of electric vehicles are considered;(4)Designed a mobile phone management platform based on Android,which can complete the real-time monitoring and management of electric vehicle lithium battery and realize the functions of electric vehicle path planning and language broadcast,which has practical significance.The test and application show that the smart phone-based electric vehicle path planning application designed by this subject has the characteristics of high stability,high real-time performance and high cost performance.It has good running effect in practical application,reasonable path planning and meets the needs of the industrydemand.
