The metering abnormal monitoring is an important function of the electricity information collecting system.It sets alarm flags for various abnormal conditions,such as abnormal electric quantity,abnormal voltage and current,abnormal power consumption,abnormal load,and abnormal clock of the power filed and generates corresponding metering abnormal events.Based on the effective analysis of abnormal events,the operation status of the power filed can be monitored in real time.However,the number of abnormalities in daily operation is numerous and the situation is complicated.It's difficult to perform effectively analysis and processing.To this end,this paper has carried out detailed analysis and research on the metering abnormal events.Firstly,the physical structure of the electricity information collection system has been introduced.Considering that most of the metering abnormal events are analyzed and diagnosed by collecting data,the collection function and abnormality detection function are mainly introduced.Secondly,the causes and treatment methods of the abnormal events are analyzed.The metering abnormal events provided by the electricity information collection system are studied one by one,including the definition,the abnormal judgment condition and the causes.And a more complete specification of the exception handling steps is given.Thirdly,the correlation between the metering abnormal events is studied.And a correlation degree algorithm model based on the intervals of occurrence date of abnormal events is proposed,which realize the screening of concurrent abnormal events.On this basis,combining the correlation degree with the probability of abnormality of a single abnormal event,a fault suspected degree algorithm based on the combination of metering abnormal events is proposed.The algorithm is validated by using the anomaly historical data of a certain area in Zhejiang Province as the basic data source.The results show that the method can effectively improve the analysis efficiency and accuracy of abnormal events.Finally,the application of metering abnormal events in the anti-stealing and the monitoring of energy meter operation status is studied.A frequent itemset mining method for anti-stealing abnormal events based on Apriori algorithm is proposed.And an analysis method of electric energy meter failure probability based on metering abnormal events is proposed.This paper completed the research on the analysis method and application of metering abnormal events.It provides technical support for the function optimization of electric energy information collection system and the development of electric energy metering work.
