Reciprocating piston compressors are widely used due to their own technical and cost advantages,and occupy an overwhelming market share,but the large volume of clearance makes them have a large energy waste problem.In recent years,the patent literature proposes a structural design of a high-efficiency,energysaving,high-compression ratio no-clearance reciprocating piston compressor.The industrialization promotion of it has the great significance to reduce the energy waste caused by the widespread application of conventional reciprocating piston compressors.In this thesis,the structure of the compressor described in the patent is improved,and the piston is not punched into the high pressure chamber by high-precision part processing,thereby avoiding the aforementioned collision problem.For the improved new type of non-recessed piston compressor,the three-dimensional structure was modeled and the prototype was made.During the production process of the prototype,in order to prevent the piston from rushing into the high pressure chamber and colliding with the exhaust valve piece due to insufficient processing and assembly precision,a small gap is intentionally left on the top of the piston;The performance test system was also established.The prototype was tested by the dynamometer method.The P-? and PV images of the new compressor were drawn and analyzed.The influence of the clearance volume change on the compressor compression process and the exhaust process was studied.And analyzed the reasons.The test results show that compared with the conventional reciprocating piston compressor,the clearance capacity of the improved no clearance compressor is only 19.7% of that of the conventional compressor,and there is a prospect of further reducing the clearance.Under the compression ratio of 8,the volume flow of the new piston compressor increased by about 8.1%,indicated power increased by 55.7%.and the working efficiency was obviously better than that of the ordinary piston compressor.The higher the compression ratio,the more obvious the advantage.This study on the improvement of the reciprocating piston compressor without clearance described in the patent and its prototype test results provide a reliable basis for large-scale industrialization.
