The electro-acupuncture treatment instrument is a medical instrument that outputs a weak differential pulse current signal and acts on the acupuncture point by acupuncture to treat or assist the patient.The key parameters of the electro-acupuncture treatment instrument are: voltage peak-to-peak value,output blocking,direct current component,casing leakage current,continuous wave frequency and treatment time.The accuracy of the key parameter values is directly related to the patient's life safety.At present,the safety testing system of electro-acupuncture treatment instruments at domestic and foreign lacks a unified evaluation standard.It is impossible to evaluate the accuracy and reliability of the overall device of the electro-acupuncture treatment instrument.The quality of electro-acupuncture treatment instruments is not uniform.Therefore,this article has studied the traceability method of electro-acupuncture therapy instrument.According to JJF(Zhejiang)1123-2015 " Electro-acupuncture Therapy Instrument Calibration Specification",a calibration device for electro-acupuncture treatment instrument has been developed.Finally,for this calibration device,this article has designed calibration and traceability experiments and performance tests.The details are as follows:First,the method of traceability of electro-acupuncture treatment instrument has been studied.For the key quantity value of the electro-acupuncture treatment instrument in the "Electro-acupuncture Therapy Instrument Calibration Specification",whose calibration method is clear.In this article,the electro-acupuncture instrument calibration device traces the key quantity value to the national measurement standard.The basic electro-acupuncture therapy device measurement transfer and traceability system has been established.Secondly,the electro-acupuncture instrument calibration device has been developed.This article has been designed the chassis enclosure and power supply cooling module.This article has been designed hardware processing circuits,including: relay control circuit,signal processing module circuit,power module circuit,STM32F103 minimum system module circuit.This article has been designed the corresponding program,including: weak signal conversion and real-time display program,relay control program,human-computer interaction interface program,host computer display program.Finally,calibration and traceability and performance testing experiments have been performed on the electro-acupuncture instrument calibration device.The calibration and traceability experiment have been designed for each key parameter calibration module of the electro-acupuncture instrument calibration device.These data have been processed and analyzed.These data have been determined to meet the calibration device technical requirements.The calibration device has been used to calibrate the key parameters output by the electro-acupuncture therapy device to evaluate the performance of the device.
