With the increasing depletion of traditional energy sources,solar energy as a green and inexhaustible new energy has been developed rapidly.The photoelectrical utilization of solar energy is mostly based on the solar cells,especially the crystalline-silicon solar cells play the key role in the PV industry.As the domestic elimination of photovoltaic subsidies,the next objective is not only to reduce the use of materials for low cell costs,more importantly,to improve the efficiency of power generation to achieve cost parity.In this paper,by adjusting the size and the spacing of the spot,it is found that with the increase of the diameter of the spot,the short-circuit current Isc decreases gradually,the series resistance Rs decreases gradually,and the filling factor FF gradually rises,leading the overall efficiency to be increased.With the change of the spot spacing,when the open-hole graph is a discrete Dot point,the open-circuit voltage Voc and short-circuit current Isc decrease obviously.When the spot spacing is slightly larger than the spot diameter,that is,the open-hole graph is a spot connected to form a point line image,there is a better performance of electrical performance.The rear aluminum finger bifacial cell experiment has been performed.Based on the conventional PERC process,through adjusting some specific processes,the PERC bifacial cell process is realized.It enables bifacial cell with front efficiency to be comparable to the conventional PERC cell.The efficiency of the PERC bifacial cell with aluminum fingers on the back is increased to?14%.Based on the traditional module packaging process,the bifacial modules of PERC solar cell are fabricated by means of double-sided glass packaging.In laboratory,the front-side efficiency of bifacial modules is significantly increased compared to that of the conventional PERC cells.
