With the rapid development of industry and science,inverter power supply is gradually applied in all fields of production and daily life.400 Hz intermediate frequency inverter power supply is a special power supply.It is often used in aerospace,ship,petroleum,metallurgy and other fields.This paper is based on the inherent advantages of traditional multilevel inverters,combined with SVPWM modulation algorithm,and dedicated to the research of single-phase four-level 400 Hz IF Inverters.The correctness and feasibility of the single-phase medium frequency power supply topology and control algorithm discussed in this paper are verified by experiments.The topology structure of intermediate frequency inverters studied in this paper is based on single-phase three-level inverters.We only need to convert the DC side to the double power supply with voltage ratio of 2:1.It can realize the line voltage output of intermediate frequency inverters to reach four levels.Compared with the traditional three-level inverter topology,The topological structure of intermediate frequency inverters studied in this paper not only reduces the number of power switching devices,simplifies the topological structure,cuts down the cost,but also makes the distortion rate of output waveform lower.In this paper,the topology of intermediate frequency inverters is single-phase four-level inverters.Compared with traditional three-level inverters,the types of vectors involved in voltage synthesis have increased and extend the space vector partition region.However,due to the lack of redundant vectors(except zero vectors),this topology will increase switching frequency.For this reason,this paper compares the switching frequency and output waveform of IF inverters under different vector synthesis methods,and finds out the better modulation effect.In order to verify the correctness and feasibility of the proposed topology and algorithm of IF inverters,the simulation model is built by MATLAB/Simulink,the output effect of IF inverters with different vector composition methods is compared and analyzed and compares with three-level NPC Inverters.Finally,the simulation results are verified by the experiment.The results of the experiment show that the proposed IF Inverters are feasible.
