At present,with the gradual improvement of the power electronic technology,the concept of multilevel in Three-level,the multilevel inverter has a wide range of application,however,multilevel inverter output level is more,have the characteristics of low voltage stress,advantages and disadvantages,such as: multilevel inverter topology structure is complex,contains more switching devices,under the condition of current technology,test more difficult for the achievement of the state,and in the case of any device damage will affect the normal operation,the system especially in the important application scenarios,the serious influence its advantages.In view of these problems,domestic and foreign experts and scholars have carried out the research on fault tolerance technology of multi-level inverter without changing the system function.This paper focuses on the fault tolerant strategy of Active neutral-point-clamped(ANPC)three-level inverter to realize fault tolerant control of ANPC three-level inverter,so as to improve the reliability of the system.Firstly,this paper conducts an in-depth study of the object to be studied,ANPC,focusing on the analysis of the ANPC topology and its working principle,and on this basis,the study of ANPC three-level inverter open and short fault,the current flow path.Secondly,the three level inverter for ANPC fault types,this article first to open and short fault malfunction that can occur in a separately carried on the thorough research,and uses the comparative analysis method,respectively,puts forward the corresponding fault-tolerant control strategy,applied statistics and operational research theory,has carried on the classified,ANPC three-level inverter fault-tolerant control technology for further simplify,indirect improve the reliability of the fault tolerant control technology.Thirdly,based on Matlab/Simulink software platform,three-level inverter for ANPC possible open or short fault,according to the practical application scenario,on the Matlab software to establish ANPC fault-tolerant control model of three-level inverter,and according to the preliminary design good fault-tolerant control strategy,according to the practical application of scene simulation,get the simulation waveform,and comparison analysis of many sided for simulation waveform,the test results show that the effectiveness of the design of fault-tolerant control strategy.Finally,the fault-tolerant control technology proposed in this paper is applied to build the test model of ANPC three-level inverter,and the fault simulation is carried out on the built platform to obtain the experimental waveforms before and after the fault and after the application of fault-tolerant control technology proposed in this paper for comparative analysis.The results show that the fault-tolerant control technique proposed in this paper has strong practicability.
