The Axial Flux Permanent Magnet Machine has the advantages of short axialdimension,small volume,light weight,compact structure and high power density.The axial flux magnetic field permanent magnet motor using printed circuit board(PCB)windings,because the stator has no iron core The structure eliminates the stator cogging torque and the core eddy current loss,and can realize the power increase through the axial cascade modular structure,and has gained more and more attention,and is suitable for more special occasions,and is the future motor industry.The main content of this paper is the structural design and electromagnetic research of the axial magnetic field permanent magnet motor of PCB winding,and the development of a small power prototype and performance test.The research content of this paper is divided into the following points:1.Review the research status,existing problems and development prospects of axial magnetic field permanent magnet motor at home and abroad,introduce the topological structure of several axial magnetic field permanent magnet motors and compare them with traditional radial magnetic field permanent magnet motors;2.It is proposed to replace the traditional enameled wire winding with PCB printed circuit board winding,remove the iron core,eliminate the stator cogging torque and eddy current loss,and study the temperature rise problem of PCB current carrying capacity by experimental analysis method;3.The 3D model of the motor is established by Solidworks,and the air gap magnetic field of the axial magnetic field permanent magnet motor is simulated by ANSYS Maxwell electromagnetic field simulation software.The influence of different motor design parameters on the magnetic gap distribution of the motor air gap is obtained.4.Design and manufacture the permanent magnet motor prototype of the axial magnetic field PCB stator winding,establish the prototype test platform to test its performance,analyze the experimental performance test results,verify the feasibility of the design method,the correctness of the research method and the practicability of the motor.In this paper,the axial magnetic field permanent magnet motor structure,rotor permanent magnet array and PCB stator winding are studied respectively from the axial magnetic field and PCB stator winding.A single stator double rotor ironless axial magnetic field permanent magnet motor with TORUS structure is designed.Using PCB as the stator winding,the motor structure can be simplified,and the automatic production and assembly of the motor can be realized,so as to improve the performance of the motor,reduce the cost of the motor,and replace the existing motor.Finally,based on the experimental test results,the optimization and improvement direction of the prototype is proposed,which provides some guiding significance for the design and manufacture of the axial magnetic field PCB stator winding coreless permanent magnet motor.
