With the country’s emphasis on environmental issues,new energy vehicles have been vigorously developed in recent years.Cleaning vehicles are the main force of urban environmental protection.Electric sweepers are also growing faster.Sweepers are a common sanitation vehicle,most of which are cleaned.The car is converted from a car,and the power source of the electric sweeper is a battery.The cleaning mechanism generally includes a side brush,a roller brush,a suction fan,a dust removing device,etc.,and the garbage is sent from the ground to the garbage bin by the cleaning vehicle.This is a complicated process,in which various aspects of the cleaning vehicle are required,the driving speed of the cleaning vehicle,and the side brush The speed,the brush speed and the fan volume require a reasonable fit to maximize the cleaning power of the sweeper.This paper mainly analyzes the garbage cleaning process of electric sweeper.The sand particle is taken as the research object.The discrete element analysis software EDEM is used to simulate the movement of garbage in the brushing mechanism.A series of tests are carried out to analyze the influencing factors.The law of cleaning efficiency,the main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)Analyze the principle of several common cleaning methods;analyze the performance of various components of the sweeping vehicle;mainly discuss the movement of garbage particles in the brushing mechanism,based on the application of bulk mechanics,theoretical mechanics,contact mechanics The force analysis of the garbage particles and the bristles;analyzing the various stages of the garbage entering the cleaning mechanism,and obtaining the equation of the motion of the garbage particles.(2)Apply Solid Works to model the brushing mechanism and introduce the simulation analysis in EDEM.The simulation results show the movement of the garbage particles at different times and under different conditions.Select a single garbage particle for analysis and obtain the displacement of the particles.Time curve,speed time curve,etc.,to further understand the movement of garbage particles in the brush mechanism.(3)A series of cleaning vehicle single factor tests were designed to analyze the influence of various parameters affecting the cleaning efficiency on the sweeping performance of the sweeping vehicle.Through the test results,the rules between the disk brush speed,the roller speed,the vehicle speed,the garbage distribution density,the fan air volume and the cleaning performance are analyzed,which provides a reference for the design of the sweeper in the future.
