Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has developed rapidly,the society is flourishing,and the people are happy.As a versatile and powerful lifting and transportation equipment,gantry cranes have made outstanding contributions to China's economic construction.Since the metal structure is the most important structural form of the gantry crane,the design level of the metal structure determines the working performance and safety performance of the gantry crane.At present,most of the domestic gantry crane designs still use the traditional static design method,and the designed product has a large amount of redundancy and a cumbersome structure.Even considering dynamic factors,the dynamic load is treated as a static load multiplied by the dynamic load coefficient.In essence,it is a static design method,which cannot accurately simulate the influence of dynamic load on the structure.In this paper,a 50 t A gantry crane is parametrically modeled and static analysis is carried out.The analysis results are compared with the theoretical calculations to verify the accuracy of the model: then the modal analysis of the door machine is carried out,and the analysis is obtained by using the analysis.The vertical direction of the frequency calculates the required and damped vibration analysis.Then,the transient dynamics analysis is carried out for the condition that the full-load trolley is located in the middle of the span.Finally,the maximum dynamic stress and maximum dynamic displacement and dimensional constraints obtained by transient analysis are taken as the constraint conditions.The main beam parameters are used as the optimization variables,and the minimum volume is used as the objective function to establish the optimal mathematical model of the gantry crane main beam.Finally,the ANSYS optimization module is used to optimize the dynamics of the main beam,and the optimal solution is obtained.The dynamic optimization-based structural optimization design is preliminarily tried.
