Industrial boiler is an important thermal power equipment,which is widely used in the field of industrial production.In view of the problem that the frequent change of load in the production process of industrial boilers may lead to the occurrence of anoxic combustion or peroxic combustion in the combustion process,resulting in the waste of resources and environmental pollution,the optimization control of the combustion system of industrial boilers has important theoretical significance and research application value.Based on industrial boiler load changes often caused the problem of lower poor economic benefit and environmental performance,put forward a kind of improvement based on particle swarm algorithm optimization variable bias control technology,adopts intelligent algorithm optimization control method,optimize the industrial boiler furnace combustion control.Firstly,on the basis of analyzing the combustion mechanism characteristics of industrial boilers,the combustion system model of furnace is established and the combustion control scheme of furnace is designed.Secondly,the working principle,advantages and disadvantages of the traditional combustion control mode in the furnace are analyzed.On the basis of the double-crossing limiting control mode,the double-crossing controlk scheme of variable bias is defined,and the selection of the bias function and the value range of the bias parameters in the variable bias combustion control mode are determined.Then,particle swarm optimization(pso)algorithhm is used to optimize the bias function and the bias parameters in the variable bias dual crossover control scheme.Finally,through the PCS7 control system and SMPT-1000 semi-physical simulation experiment,the experimental results show that:based on improved particle swarm optimization variable offset control mode can be under the condition of load change quickly adjust the fuel and air circuit,make the amount of fuel and air following main steam pressure of rapid change,guarantee the stability of outlet steam pressure,to improve the response speed of system;At the same time,in the case of variable load,the flue gas oxygen content in the flue gas released by the system combustion is also maintained within the optimal combustion range,which verifies that the optimized control system can ensure combustion efficiency and reduce environmental pollution.With hardware-in-the-loop simulation experimental results show that the variable offset control based on particle swarm algorithm optimization technology can under the condition of the load change,improve the system response speed,maintaining excess air coefficient in combustion optimal range,provides the practical work of good theory value and application value.
