With the rapid development of LED technology and automotive electronics technology and the improvement of people's living standards,the LED system inside the car not only becomes a part of the car shape and overall appearance,but also extends from basic internal lighting function to comfort and personalization.The field,as well as the technology of automotive interior lighting,is getting more and more attention.Ambient light is a new type of lamp.Most of the control of the LED ambient light in the car is overall control,the control is troublesome and single,and the RGB color display is not accurate enough.Therefore,in order to meet the diversified needs of consumers,the intelligent environment control device in the car formed by the interaction of the lighting color and music with the atmosphere lamp has become the main research direction of the car interior.In this paper,the RGB-LED's precise light mixing method and aging compensation,real-time lighting control and light color matching music feature extraction and control,as well as signal bus integration for the vehicle system are studied.Firstly,the thermal coupling problem of the primary color in the linear RGB model is studied.A nonlinear color mixing model based on the duty cycle of the primary color is proposed.The experiment proves that the model reduces the error between the theoretical value and the actual measured value.In addition,the RGB-LED is studied.The aging problem,the implementation of compensation programs.Secondly,the music feature quantity extraction of MIDI files is studied,and the design and supervised learning of the main melody Bayesian classifier model are carried out through the extracted feature parameters.For the analog music signals,the chord recognition is performed by wavelet transform.The amount is used to implement music feature control of RGB.Thirdly,the body control module,CAN/LIN gateway and sub-controller are designed respectively to carry out system CAN/LIN bus integration and function realization.In software,the Bluetooth APP is designed to simulate sensor signals and controllers,and design CAN bus and The network communication matrix of the LIN bus.Finally,the function verification is carried out by physical construction and bus protocol analyzer.The verification results prove the effectiveness and reliability of the system.
