With the development of aviation industry,the types of airborne equipment are constantly updated,and the amount of disassembly of airborne equipment on the aircraft is also greatly increased.At the same time,the maintenance of airborne equipment is difficult to share electronic data,a large number of maintenance files are stored in paper format,and the process of access is cumbersome.The traditional training mode of teachers and apprentices also brings about problems of long cycle and high cost.In order to improve the transplantation efficiency of general automatic test platform,improve the sharing degree of maintenance data,reduce the maintenance cost of airborne equipment and shorten the training cycle of maintenance staff,it is necessary to design an automatic test and repair assistant system based on cloud platform.Through the research and analysis of the implementation and design of cloud database,mobile terminal and PC terminal software systems and fault prediction algorithm,this paper aims at the difficulties of cloud platform privilege management caused by the complexity of maintenance company personnel,the limited storage space of personal computer,and the lack of related research on fault prediction methods in the field of airborne equipment maintenance.Work:1.Using the cloud platform interface provided by Mysql and Ali,a cloud platform based on ECS is built,and the file transfer function is realized under FTP protocol.It improves the portability of the automatic test system for airborne equipment and increases the sharing of related data for airborne equipment.It makes it possible to upload the code of the automatic test system,the test steps of electronic version of airborne equipment,the results of automatic test and the video of maintenance guidance for airborne equipment to the cloud.2.Using C++ and Qt framework to build PC client,using JAVA language to build Android client,and using the interface of Ali RDS relational database to realize employee identity authentication and management functions in PC and Android client,respectively,to solve the difficult problem of authority management caused by the complexity of maintenance company personnel.Tesseract optical character recognition interface developed by Hewlett-Packard Company is used to recognize the nameplate of the test equipment,which solves the problem of data retrieval of the airborne equipment on Android terminal.3.A fault prediction algorithm based on decision tree and principal component analysis is proposed.Aiming at the automatic test data report obtained by us,combined with PCA and decision tree data mining algorithm,the fault types of airborne equipment are predicted.By comparing the data of different kinds of faults in the replacement quantity report,the method in this paper has a high accuracy in fault prediction.Aiming at the problems of difficult data sharing,high training cost and long period in the process of airborne equipment maintenance,this paper puts forward the design of airborne equipment maintenance system based on cloud platform,which has good prospects.
