With the increase of car parc in China,the frequency of road traffic accidents is also increasing.Among the various types of traffic accidents in China,one of the most important type is the accident between cars and two-wheelers,which accounting for more than a quarter of the total traffic accidents and causing a great quantity of casualties and property losses.It is very important to conduct research on accidents between cars and two-wheelers.Based on the research status of traffic accidents at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the characteristics,causes,types and processes of collision accidents between automobiles and two-wheelers,and studies the general speed identification method for automobile and two-wheeled vehicle accidents,combined with the principle of kinematics,a collision accident model based on the first landing distance of rider is established.The simulation model and actual case are used to compare the model mentioned in this paper with the existing methods,and the effectiveness of the model is verified.Then through the simulation of MATLAB software,the influence of the first landing distance,rider throwing angle and equivalent height of center of gravity of the rider on the speed result of the model is analyzed.In order to improve the accuracy of the results of the model mentioned above,this paper introduces the uncertainty theory for the uncertainty factor in the model,and analyzes the application of the uncertainty evaluation method in automobile and two-wheeled vehicle accidents.The uncertainty theory is also used to evaluate the uncertainty of the instantaneous vehicle speed before the collision of the model mentioned above in this paper,and the optimal range of the collision speed is obtained.This paper verifies uncertainty theory and the model mentioned in this paper through the analysis of a practical case of collision between a car and a two-wheeled vehicle.The collision speed of the car in this case is calculated by the model mentioned in this paper,and the uncertainty is evaluated.The optimal range of the collision speed of the car is obtained.The verification and simulation verification of MATLAB and PC-CRASH software respectively are used to prove the effectiveness of the model mentioned above and uncertainty theory in traffic accidents.It provides a scientific methods and evidence for dealing with such accidents and dividing responsibility.
