Tunnel lining crack is one of the most common and serious tunnel defects.Rapid detection can not only provide scientific tunnel operation technical parameters for highway tunnel maintenance department,but also provide important decision-making guidance for highway tunnel maintenance and operation management.Fast and accurate detection and evaluation of harmful lining cracks can make provision for the safe operation of highway tunnels with important technical support.Because the detection of current tunnel lining crack mainly adopts manual methods,which takes many times and efforts,what's more,the accuracy and efficiency are too low,it cannot meet the requirements of modern tunnel quality inspection.Therefore,it is of great significance to maintain and manage tunnels by researching more advanced tunnel lining detection methods and developing more advanced detection systems.In this paper,the author analyzes the reasons and the harms of tunnel lining cracks.The main indexes with cracks in highway tunnel lining and the criteria for crack detection are studied.The major requirements of tunnel lining crack detection are put forward.The main methods of tunnel lining crack detection are studied.The functional requirements of the tunnel lining crack detection system are analyzed.The overall design scheme of the inspection system is proposed.The image acquisition system,the lining image detection lighting system and the power supply system are designed.The lining image detection system is established.The author uses ANSYS to analyse the designed platform.According to the results,the optimized structure is proposed.In the optimized structure,two strengthen support rods of the arched frame near the pole is removed.The author analyses it again by using ANSYS.The analysis result shows that the stability and reliability of the optimized structure can meet the requirements in work.The author also proposes a method about tunnel lining image crack recognition.In this method,the author firstly applies adaptive smooth filter to the crack image and then combines the Otsu method with the prewitt operator to binary the smoothed image.Next,extracting the complete information of the crack image by using the image morphology processing.Finally,the proposed crack identification method and the length and width calculation method are used to determine the type of crack and the length and width of the crack.Based on the method mentioned above,the author develops the processing software and the crack detection effect of the detection system developed in this paper is proved by experiments.According to the research in this paper,the author provides a method for the rapid detection of tunnel lining.The results of this research can provide some reference for scholars in highway and tunnel inspection automation equipment development.At the same time,it has certain reference value.
