With the increasingly serious resource crisis and environmental pollution,remanufacturing engineering as a recycling of waste resources has received widespread attention.What remanufacturing mode to implement the remanufacturing of waste products has always been a research hotspot in this field.Independent remanufacturer mode is one of the main modes of remanufacturing production at present.The biggest problem that restricts the model is the lack of the original model of the product.Aiming at this problem,this paper takes the damaged guide vane of automobile torque converter as the research object,and constructs a complete repair and reconstruction method of damaged parts model from four aspects: point cloud data acquisition of damaged parts surface,point cloud data preprocessing,point cloud repair of damaged parts,surface reconstruction and smoothness and accuracy evaluation.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,point cloud data on the surface of waste parts are obtained by using coordinate measuring machine.According to the structure characteristics of the hydraulic torque converter,data acquisition of the guide wheel blade of the hydraulic torque converter is carried out by means of contact data acquisition using a coordinate measuring machine.The data acquisition methods of damaged parts surface are studied from the aspects of parts selection,parts clamping,parts partition and measurement path planning.Then,using MATLAB software,the bad points of point data are eliminated.By comparing the three filtering methods,the Gauss filtering method is selected to filter the scanning line point cloud,which provides high precision point cloud data for subsequent blade model reconstruction.Then,aiming at the missing point cloud data,the GA_BP neural network is used to repair it,so that the complete point cloud data on the part surface can be obtained,which provides data support for the construction of a complete blade model.Finally,according to the structural characteristics of the hydraulic torque converter,two surface reconstruction methods,point cloud direct fitting and curve fitting first and then surface fitting,are used to construct the blade model surface.At the same time,the accuracy of the generated surface is evaluated to ensure the accuracy of the surface model.In this paper,the blade model with high precision is obtained by repairing andreconstructing the damaged parts model,which solves the problem that the independent remanufacturer lacks the original model,and provides a scientific reference for the remanufacturing of damaged parts.
