| With the rapid development of China’s transportation industry,expressways are entering a period of large-scale reconstruction and expansion,and interchange is the key and difficult point of expressway reconstruction and expansion projects.In the reconstruction project of interchange,how to coordinate the contradiction between traffic operation and construction operation,to ensure the normal traffic conversion and smooth construction operation,and to avoid project delay and traffic accidents are particularly important to the whole expressway reconstruction and extension project.Therefore,it is very necessary to carry out research on the traffic organization of interchange reconstruction and expansion.First of all,according to the change of interchange location、form、and technical standards of the ramp before and after interchange reconstruction and expansion,the reconstruction and expansion methods are divided into rebuild、expansion and modification,the advantages and disadvantages of each scheme and adaptability is summarized in detail.At the same time,a comparison and selection system of interchange reconstruction and expansion schemes is proposed,which is comprehensively evaluated from three aspects of technology,economy and society respectively,so as to determine the optimal scheme of interchange reconstruction and expansion.Secondly,the traffic organization principles,Macro traffic organization and traffic organization scheme design during the reconstruction and expansion of the interchange are studied in detail,and the optimization system of traffic organization scheme design for the expansion of the interchange is determined by combining point flour.At the same time,the microscopic traffic organization for the reconstruction and expansion of interchange is designed in detail,and the traffic diversion and conversion paths during the reconstruction and expansion are defined.In view of the contradiction between traffic and construction in the operation area,starting from the construction area division and traffic sign visual recognition model,the setting methods of traffic signs based on vanishing distance,leading distance and trailing distance are deduced.Based on the idea of humanization,the distance and times of repeated traffic signs are studied.Finally,based on the reconstruction and expansion project of Pucheng Interchange,this paper systematically studies the comparison and selection of reconstruction and expansion schemes,traffic diversion,traffic organization design of main line subgrade,pavement and ramp construction in the interchange area,and the layout scheme of safety facilities for ramp bridge construction is given.and an emergency plan is formulated for possible emergencies.This paper proposes the research framework of the Macro and micro traffic organization design and the safety facilities layout plan of the interchange reconstruction project,and carries out the analysis and research step by step,In order to achieve the effective guidance,command and control of traffic flow in the section of the operation area,and ensure the coordinated operation of traffic flow in the area and the smooth progress of construction.Through the study of this paper,it can provide reference for the related interchange reconstruction and extension projects. |
