V2X communication can solve the problems of traffic safety and traffic efficiency effectively.Therefore,governments and research institutes around the world have extensively carried out research and verifications on wireless communication technology for vehicle network.However,most of the experiments are based on simulation and site testing.They only obtain the test data rather than further analysising and evaluating the network performance.For this purpose,both LTE and DSRC networks performance measurement platforms based V2 X are built,moreover,a network performance evaluation method under V2 X security application environment is designed to explore the performance of LTE and DSRC in real traffic conditions.The main contents of the thesis are shown as follows:1.Using the Raspberry Pi,a LTE network performance test platform,comprised of communication network performance test part and driving information collection part,is built in vehicle network,which could meet the requirements of delay measurement accuracy.And then the measurement results of actual road test via the platform shows that the LTE network performs well in converage and is lower in packet loss rate.However,the transmission delay and jitter of LTE network is too large to support some applications with strict time delay requirements,and it can only transport some traffic broadcast information with low delay requirements and non-real-time services.2.The DSRC network performance test platform is constructed by DSRC module.Adopting a self-written test software,the performance of V2 V is measured in two adjacent vehicles.Compared with the results under the WiFi network,the network performances of DSRC are better than WiFi under V2 V application environment,and it has a better delay performance and a lower packet loss rate to bear the services with the higher requirements.3.Based on the requirements of V2 X security services,a comprehensive index evaluation method is designed,which utilizes the analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method to evaluate the performance of various types of networks under the V2 X security application environment.The measurement data based evaluation results indicate that the performance of DSRC is the best in LTE,DSRC,and WiFi wireless communication networks.Hence,DSRC network can be applied to bear real time communication services in V2 X basically.By contrast,LTE or WiFi is inadequate to do that.Finally,the thesis discusses the current situation of industrial policy of DSRC in China,and the inevitable trend and advantage of LTE-V based on 5G technology as the carrier of future vehicle network communication.
